Hi, my name is Tyrone Farquhar, welcome to Youth Neuro Coach. My life’s mission is to help teenagers and young adults suffering from anxiety and OCD like I did to recover and become the best versions of themselves.

I spent most of my youth (since the age of 12) tormented by OCD and various types of anxiety. My journey to recovery was long and challenging. I saw countless therapists who didn’t seem to understand and often felt like the harder I tried to beat anxiety, the worse it got.

It would take almost a decade and a half of trial and error in different types of treatment and much of my youth robbed by fear, before I would eventually find recovery.

Today I use those same life-saving methods to treat my clients from all over the world. Many types of therapies being used to treat anxiety disorders are limited, even counterproductive, and don’t lead to recovery. Effective anxiety treatment uses a structured process in line with neuroscientific research; applying the principles of neuroplasticity to intentionally rewire the anxious brain.

Using the most up-to-date, proven methods combined with my personal recovery blueprint, I equip youth, all over the world, to not just cope with anxiety, but recover from it.
